PROGRAM DATES & FORMATS:  4-Week Weekly Program:  2 Hour weekly, in -person session on Zoom with weekly inner-work and energetic assignments. 

SKILLS OF THE ASCENDED EMPATH - Skills we will be cultivating

• Learning to hold the space of unconditional love for the suffering of others
• Practicing the ability to be present for our own pain 
• Cultivating the self-awareness to see when we are using the pain of others to distract ourselves from our own pain 
• Develop awareness of your own patterns of escaping from pain 
• Identify any destructive coping mechanisms that sabotage your energy & power
• Receive the support you need to develop new coping mechanisms
• Identify your specific patterns around holding energy 
• Learn to tune in to the wisdom of your body to see where your body is holding energy - the energy of the other, the collective as well as your own traumas
• Identify and develop new self-care practices and routine
• Find and receive support in our community for self-care

TO RECEIVE A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION

• Attend all sessions
• Complete all assignments
• Actively practice the skills of the Ascended Empath

Note:  Awakening to the Ascended Empath Activation is a prerequisite to our 9-Month Signature Leadership Program, The Journey of a Healer (JAH).
