how to create a nourishing bedtime routine

CULTIVATING A NOURISHING BEDTIME ROUTINE FOR SPIRITUAL WOMEN

  • As the Founder of the Temple of the Goddess, I have created this guide for you to restore your ability to nourish yourself, to increase your energy and to Rise in your Power!
  • I encourage you to bring a journal and a (juicy) pen to this process.
  • Read through my prompts and do some intuitive brainstorming.
  • This process of cultivating a bedtime routine must be one that represents YOU and your unique needs. You know YOU better than one. Keep us posted.
  • Once you imagine your own routine, feel free to use this template for additional ideas! 
  • I truly encourage you to create your own first though ; )

BEGIN WITH YOUR GOALS & INTENTIONS

What is your intention for how you want to feel the day after your nourishing bedtime routine. 

An example: To wake up early feeling peaceful and energized, have an intentional morning practice that allows me to create and manifest as focused, harmonious, joyful and productive of a day as possible. 

START WITH THE END OF THE DAY

Start with when you’d like to be sleeping, and write down the things you imagine are nourishing for you.  

IMAGINE THE FLOW

What order would be most harmonious and in Universal Order for your bedtime routine? What naturally flows from one thing to the next? 

EXPERIMENT WITH SOME TIMES

Think about how long you will need (more or less) for each aspect of your bedtime so you know what time to get started. 

START PRACTICING & BE PATIENT WITH YOURSELF

 Finding the right rhythm will take time.  It may fall into place right away or you may find that old patterns arise that have built up over time to keep you separate from your power, such as:


  • Seeking distraction 
  • “Find a reason” to get up and do something
  • Checking social media after you go to bed
  • Texting late at night
  • Worrying or obsessive thinking 


Be patient and loving towards yourself.  We often develop coping mechanism that make us feel safe. Allow these old patterns to fall away with time, love and patience! 

REFINE - EVOLVE

Allow yourself to play with being nourished! Enjoy the process. This is like allowing the Universe to make love to you! 

ALLOW YOURSELF TO BE DEEPLY NOURISHED

Soak in this process of being deeply nourished and rested in your new daily reality.  

EXPERIENCE THE BENEFITS OF DEEP REST & THE RISE IN YOUR ENERGY & POWER

Watch as your energy rises, your personal power will as well.
