What is your intention for how you want to feel the day after your nourishing bedtime routine.
An example: To wake up early feeling peaceful and energized, have an intentional morning practice that allows me to create and manifest as focused, harmonious, joyful and productive of a day as possible.
Start with when you’d like to be sleeping, and write down the things you imagine are nourishing for you.
What order would be most harmonious and in Universal Order for your bedtime routine? What naturally flows from one thing to the next?
Think about how long you will need (more or less) for each aspect of your bedtime so you know what time to get started.
Finding the right rhythm will take time. It may fall into place right away or you may find that old patterns arise that have built up over time to keep you separate from your power, such as:
Be patient and loving towards yourself. We often develop coping mechanism that make us feel safe. Allow these old patterns to fall away with time, love and patience!
Allow yourself to play with being nourished! Enjoy the process. This is like allowing the Universe to make love to you!
Soak in this process of being deeply nourished and rested in your new daily reality.
Watch as your energy rises, your personal power will as well.
