Consider if you want to Light a Candle and if you want to invoke an intention or prayer (or energy work) for protection and renewal for your home and sleeping space for the night. Perhaps you want to light some incense to support this energy as well as the energy of calm, peace and rest.
It can be nourishing for the body to drink teas that help the body relax, destress etc. I personally drink my Micro Aya tea about 45 minutes before bed because that works for me. You may want to look into some nervine tea.
I recommend that you spend even a few minutes journaling to process and integrate your day.
Some people find that reading or listening to something relaxing, or spiritual in nature can help with falling asleep.
