RETREAT DETAILS
WHEN TO ARRIVE: We will begin our retreat journey at 5 pm on Friday, November 8th. Therefore we ask participants to check-in by 4:30 pm on Friday, November 8th.
RETREAT CHECK-OUT: We will check out of our Cosmic Gateway Retreat Space on Monday, November 11th at 10 am.
PHYSICAL ADDRESS: Private location will be revealed upon registration (a private AirBnB in Nelson County, VA at the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains ).
MEAL NOTES: All meals are provided in the cost of the retreat. High frequency foods are the focus for this experience. As a result, most food will be vegan and vegetarian to support the work we are doing.
LODGING LOGISTICS: All participants are guaranteed an individual sleeping space in our private accommodations. Camping is permitted as well.
To clarify: Every participant will have a separate sleeping space. We will finalize sleeping arrangements when we close registration. For example, you may end up sleeping in a single bed, sharing a room with another participant.
NOTE: A magical experience of community connection. A major element of the therapeutic value of this experience is the community aspect. I invite you to prepare to bask in Sacredness of our time together.

NOTE: Due to a variety of personal schedules, we will officially close our ceremonial space on Sunday afternoon for those who have obligations to attend to and need to leave on Sunday. Those who are able and called to stay Sunday night, and/or who want or need additional integration time and/or support are welcome to remain in Sacred Space until Monday, 11/11 at 10 am.
